Student Activity: Vacation Planning

Students will use Internet to prepare the vacation itinerary. This itinerary must include a map of the destination, travel route and mileage, map of lodging location, map of locations of all tourist destinations. Students must include times tourist sites are open, cost of entry, location, and any other special requirements. Students may use e-mail and print the response, to find out additional information not included in web site. Students may work cooperatively to complete the project. In other words, they may share information they find that might be useful to other students even though their destination will be different. A bibliography will be required. This project will be a little more trickier than scavenger hunt in that the links are not available. I would like you to use many different search engines to help you in this endeaver. Good Luck and have fun!
